How does it work?
Step 1 – Check Your Referral Code
Your unique referral code is included in your contract; you can find it in your employee account or ask your consultant at your local branch.
Step 2 – Share a Job Offer and Your Referral Code
Choose a job offer that matches your friend’s skills and send them the link. Make sure they enter their personal details correctly and provide your referral code when completing the application form.
Step 3 – Receive Your Bonus
Once all program requirements have been met, your referral bonus will be processed automatically. You’ll receive the payment with your next salary—even if your employment contract has already ended.
Clear Rules and Bonus Payment Conditions
We want everything to be completely transparent. To qualify for the referral bonus, make sure that both you and your friend meet the following requirements:
Work at Least 120 Hours
To refer friends and receive a bonus, you must have a signed employment contract with Progres Group and have worked a minimum of 120 hours.
Refer a New Candidate
A new candidate is someone who has not worked for Progres Group or any of our affiliated companies within the last 3 months and has not participated in any of our recruitment processes for at least 30 days.
Contract Signed Within 30 Days
Your referral is valid if your friend signs an employment contract with us within 30 days of submitting their application using your referral code.
Your Friend Must Work 120 Hours
Your friend must complete at least 120 working hours within 60 days of signing their employment contract.
Bonus Payment
Our system automatically verifies working hours once a month. Your referral bonus will be added to your next salary payment after the month in which your friend completes the required 120 hours.

Who can participate in the program and refer a friend?

Anyone who works for the Progres Group and has worked a minimum of 120 hours at our company can participate in the program. Meeting this requirement activates your individual referral code.
Where can I find my individual referral code?

You can find your code in your contract, after logging into your e-account, or by contacting your consultant at a Progres Group branch. If your contract was signed before August 10, 2026, your code is available only through your e-account or from your consultant.
Who is a “New Candidate” eligible for the bonus?

A “New Candidate” is someone who has never worked for Progres Group or any of our subsidiaries, OR someone who worked for us previously but whose last contract ended at least 3 months ago.
Important: your friend must also not be participating in any other recruitment process with us at the time they submit their application using your code, nor have they participated in another recruitment process within the 30 days prior to submitting the application.
What exactly does my friend need to do for the referral to be valid?

How long does my friend have to start working after submitting the referral?

How many hours does my referred friend need to work?

Don’t worry — you won’t lose your bonus! If your friend meets all the program requirements (works 120 hours within 30 days), the bonus will be paid directly to your bank account, even if your contract with us has already expired. Please note that the rates stated in the job advertisements are gross amounts.
Can I refer more than one friend?

Yes! There is no limit. You can share your referral code with as many people as you like. For every new candidate who gets a job and works the required number of hours, you will receive another bonus.
