Important information about the training:

The aim of the training is to learn about planning and accounting of working time from scratch. At the beginning of the course, participants will learn about the most important definitions, without an understanding of which it is not possible to deal with working time legislation.

The general principles of scheduling (schedules) of working time and the characteristics of individual working time systems will be discussed. Then the rules of accounting for working time will be presented: classification of work in overtime and the ways it is recompensed.

The final session will be devoted to the rules of planning and accounting for the working time of a particular group of employees, namely part-time workers. Scheduled training is not just a theory. After a discussion of each element, examples illustrating each issue will be presented. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
